Aldo Oneto (Tenor) (Genova 1902 - ? 1984)

He studied singing under the pedagogue Mucci and made his debut at the Teatro Piccinni in Barias Cavaradossi in ‘’Tosca’’ (1926). During his career he was called ‘’The New Caruso’’ (V. Tortorelli: Enrico Caruso nel centenario della nascita. Artisti Associati, Rimini 1973.), but today he is totally forgotten. He sang all life in Italy and retired from the stage in 1948.
