He made his debut in 1892 at the Teatro di Napoli in Sannazzaro in ‘’Carmen’’. Then he appeared in different Italian theaters such as Teatro San Carlo di Napoli, Teatro Verdi di Pisa, Teatro Comunale di Siracusa, Teatro Comunale di Salerno. In 1902 and in the 1906-1907 season he tours Eastern European countries with success (Minsk, Smolensk, Kursck, Kharkov, Tashkent etc.). He sang mostly in foreign countries and was active also in Cairo, Spain, USA and Argentina. He continued his career till 1930's.
